Standing Experience

I've been able to maintain the 10 points of standing much more consistently, and this has allowed quite deep experiences during training. 

Yesterdays experience has left me absolutely mystified at the connection of lifting Diaphram to support the head neck and shoulders

...while lifting the diaphram to the best of my ability, and being aware and careful to remove the concetration willful yang type attention, and simply allowing the posture to work, as I lifted diaphram again, my head neck and shoulders were lifted up as if by an invisible hand, and supported very strongly without me having to do it. 

Moreso, It did not pull me out of the foot couple or back stop, but it stretched me up as if I was being pulled by ropes attaced to my spine...while my foot couple and backstop were solidly anchored below.  

I maintained the conditions for as long as I could considering my suprise at this.

the lighter the attention or Yi  I gave to the posture, the taller I got, the less I interfered, the more the stretch pulled me upward and supported my head neck and shoulders.

It's taken some time to even verbalize this portion of it, as the experience was so unique.

Thankfully, based on the earlier lessons of empty cup beginners mind, I am not fixating on this or looking to chase it, I will simply continue to stand and maintain the 10 points as best I can.
