Supporting the Head Neck and Shoulders

One of my early questions in class was... How do I support and lengthen the spine while driving so that I do not get compressed and cramped...

Sifu said just drive normal and be safe.

This week, after many insights and observations while practicing the standing meditation, raise hands and stick play...

while driiving, I released perineum, and viola... the neck lifted... holding the head up, while stretching out my upper body.

I never would have beleived it without FEELING it! 

However, it was way more fun to "find or observe" the cause and effect than to be told where it would be.
