As standing progresses,
The Lighter the Yi I use, the stronger the front of the U upholds me in verticality, and as I stand there lightly as if a wind would blow me over, its like being held up in place in the front and the back, but all the while never losing the anchored feeling.
Im also noticing that with the lighter the yi, and the stronger the front of the U, this allows the arms to hang more extremely in the opposite direction.
Another interesting item is the adjustment of the pressing out of the toes to aid the posture. Im sure it will change, but today, I noticed parts of the hip muscles not quite releasing and sinking as much as normal, and I just instictively pressed the toes out a bit harder and that really helped a deeper release.
Overall I am deeply enjoying the inner dialogue, and each day is 100% unique from any other day.
I just started the knee to hand kicks, so im once again humbled at how unstable I have been, but Im excited to get better at this as well.
The integrated feeling in my body, and my body and minds ability to hold this integration through a much longer portion of the day is astounding.
I am so grateful for this method.
Thank you Sifu...🙏
I wish good training to everyone...
