Is it just me, or does the alignment of our structure in ILC make our breathing something that is like a combination of natural/diaphragmatic breathing and reverse/condensing breath? Unlike natural breath we don't pooch out the abdomen only, but the back also expands and we have a condensing at dan tien. and unlike reverse breathing we don't force the condensing through contraction. Just breathing...
