Stillness

I am making this training manual public. Resistance requires a free mind. A free mind requires a specific kind of quiet. This quiet is not imposed by your iron will to suppress uncooperative thoughts. This natural quiet arises from within. I call this process 'Discovering Intrinsic Stillness'.

Requirements for success are:

  1. Establish the pelvic stretch
  2. Feel the response in the shoulders
  3. No outside movement
  4. Melt the diaphragm
  5. Get body cavities
  6. Get the leg cavities
  7. Soften the abdomen
  8. Balance the breath

It takes about 18 months of focused effort to establish this foundation. Extrinsic quiet will come after about 3 months. It is this 3 month process that I am making freely available.
