I am making this training manual public. Resistance requires a free mind. A free mind requires a specific kind of quiet. This quiet is not imposed by your iron will to suppress uncooperative thoughts. This natural quiet arises from within. I call this process 'Discovering Your Intrinsic Quiet'.

Requirements for success are:

  1. Establish the pelvic stretch
  2. Feel the response in the shoulders
  3. No outside movement
  4. Melt the diaphragm
  5. Get body cavities
  6. Get the leg cavities
  7. Soften the abdomen
  8. Balance the breath
