Why “empty cup” isn’t simply the correct attitude but a necessity at Sifu On Demand?

After completion stage two that’s my impression. If anyone wants to take advantage and guidance of someone who his much ahead as sifu Kelley is and who has the knowledge and the skill to impart high quality instruction to those of us who practiced some martial art and want to deepen and refine his actual practice, we have simply to drop what was thought to be correct and acquired.

What’s missing in the majority Internal Arts?

With rare exceptions, which I’m certain that may exist, what’s used to call internal arts are scarce in offering a coherent system which could guide a student.

I had this perception when struggling to understand the reasoning behind the I Liq Chuan system considering stage 1 and stage 2 lessons as we can see here at Chi Factory. Like the others practitioners of martial arts (being internal or external) and related disciplines I have only my mind/body tool.

Why training?

In my case, nowadays, is to learn to be at ease in the present moment. Sifu Kelley Graham and I Liq Chuan (internal) principles made me understand this in concrete terms. Maybe that’s why I have always liked Martial Arts in general and its imperativeness.

Talking about Internal Martial Arts this “suchness” feeling is the point but the difficulty to get it is the dropping of all notions to get beginners mind and train and train and train!
