Coursework monthly milestones:

  1. Standing  Meditation - Student stands 10 minutes without discomfort
  2. Breathwork 1 - Standing without moving 
  3. Breathwork 2 - Discovering extrinsic quiet

Outcomes

  1. Clear understanding of the relationship between mental supression, control and 'quietness'.
  2. Free and natural breathing
  3. Improved range of motion, open joints and permanent postural change
