Fri. Sat. May 6-7:  Changed routine, followed week 7 class video, then bitter pill and some circling/waving hands.  Focused more on suspending the crown and feeling the bones and ease.  Noticed that in ready stance, and resting posture that my upper mass leans/tilts a little forward of my lower mass.

Tues. May 3:  Did class video - feeling more and more at ease and beginning to make some bigger picture of the concepts. Still working on bringing those to the body, but body is feeling much better.

Mon. Apr. 25:  Did usual routine minus knee kicks (forgot to do them) - focused mostly on relaxing and letting the meat sink to sunk.  Started out a little tight but softened as the practice went on.  Still a way off on open and close, kind of jerking from side to side, trying to get into the proper mentality, tried to stay present and aware.  Noticing more tension on project than absorb.

Sat. APr. 23: Rocking exer. - calves were flexing and shoulders weren't loose, still has some trouble loosening up.  Bitter Pill - got a bit looser but feel a lot of tightness in waist causing me to feel shins and knees.  Focused on knees over toes which helped keep perineum open a bit, but still leaning and tilting forward a bit.  When I straighten up the front wants to expand.  Felt the fullness a good bit and that straigthened out a little of the alignment issues.

Thur. Apr. 21:  Loosening exercises - felt pretty fairly loose and body was beginning to settle in, knees stayed in line a bit better and felt the weight toward the outer perimeters and away from the instep.  Rocking exercise - great rocking exer.

Wed. Apr. 20:  Focused on sequence of "loosen, soften, stretchy feeling":  Loosening swings - really settled in well and felt that loosening is getting more consistent, as long as i remember to keep the sense of ease i can keep the looseness.

Thur. Apr. 14:  Tried practicing again, everything is wrong, I'm not feeling anything i'm supposed to be feeling, all my movements are wrong and uncomfortable and I don't feel that I've made any progress whatsoever.  I'm missing something, the more I try the more I fail, my body won't do what it's supposed to do nor will it align the way it's supposed to.  Completely frustrated, I don't know anything.
